明天天氣如何?目前位在菲律賓西側近海的熱帶擾動系統持續發展中，今、明日(5.6日)有機會增強為熱帶性低氣壓或進一步成為今年第17號颱風獅子山，路徑仍受太平洋高壓引導，往西到西北方向移動接近越南，對臺灣沒有直接影響，但外圍水氣有機會從明天晚上開始逐漸北傳到臺灣附近，東半部迎風面不只降雨範圍有擴大趨勢，影響時間、雨量也可能增多，西半部地區的雲量也會比近期多，午後對流雲系發展也較旺盛一些，有局部短暫雷陣雨機會。類似的天氣型態將持續到週末期間，幸好最新的預報資料看來這個擾動系統離臺灣稍遠，因此傳遞到臺灣附近的水氣較前幾天預報時來得少，不至於有劇烈且廣泛的持續性降雨發生。預估國慶連假期間東北角、東半部至恆春半島仍較為陰霾有局部雨勢，西半部維持多雲時晴午後局部短暫雷陣雨。後續要留意的是目前在菲律賓東方還有另一個低壓區域正在發展中，未來也可能發展成另一個熱帶擾動系統，對臺灣下週的天氣有較大影響機會，預報趨勢看來會偏南西行通過巴士海峽，但屆時北方有大陸高壓系統逐漸南下，臺灣處在高低壓系統之間，會有較強的東北至偏東風，配合低壓外圍的豐沛水氣，下週前中期迎風面北部、東半部地區有大量降雨發生機會，不過預報時間還有些長，而且低壓仍在發展中、不確定性大，需要再持續追蹤觀察。以上氣象由天氣風險/歐宗學提供

日本東京今（19）日新增1240起確診病例，全國的重症病患也突破千例，變異病毒的確診者也累積到45起病例，其中靜岡縣今爆出3例感染英國變種病毒，但確診者均未到過海外，目前還在調查調查病毒源頭；另外沖繩防控疫情，也預計在今傍晚自行發布緊急事態宣言。

國際中心／游舒婷報導繼美國宣布11月境外旅客須接種過完整新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫苗才可入境之後，英國也公布了最新的入境規範，表示從10月4日起入境英國也需要接種完整疫苗，且接種過完整疫苗的旅客入境免隔離，而認證的疫苗共有4種，其中未包含台灣國產高端疫苗。▲英國公布打完兩劑疫苗入境免隔離，疫苗廠牌未包含高端。（示意圖／翻攝自pixabay）英國在台協會稍早在臉書上表示，自10月4日起，入境英國前若已經完整接種兩劑疫苗（至少14天），廠牌包括牛津／阿斯特捷利康（AZ）、輝瑞 BioNTech、莫德納或 Janssen 疫苗（混打牛津/阿斯特捷利康、輝瑞 BioNTech、莫德納兩劑疫苗也被認可），就可以不用在居住地點進行10天的隔離，也不用進行出發前的檢測或入境第8天的檢測。不過仍需要預訂並支付入境第2天的檢測費用，並在入境第2天後進行檢測。除此之外，也必須能夠在入境時提出來自國家級或州級公共衛生機構的證明文件 （電子版或紙本） 證明您已完整接種疫苗（超過 14 天），文件資訊至少須包括：· 與護照相同的英文姓名· 出生日期 (西元年月日)· 疫苗品牌和生產廠商· 每劑疫苗接種日期· 疫苗接種證明頒發之國家或地區

明天天氣如何？蒲公英颱風在過去幾天強度持續發展增強，環流型態完整且雲系厚實，預估將發展為強烈颱風，有機會與燦樹、舒力基一拚今年西北太平洋最強颱風，幸好目前的大氣環流不會將蒲公英颱風帶到臺灣附近來，未來幾天大致在琉球群島東方海域就會大角度往北轉東北移動至日本南方海面、逐漸遠離臺灣。蒲公英颱風對臺灣天氣不但沒有太大影響，週四(9/30)以前還持續為臺灣帶來水氣較少的東北至偏北風環境，迎風面北海岸至東北角地區雲量稍多一些，但降雨量已經不像前兩天來得那麼多，背風的中南部地區則大多仍維持著晴時多雲穩定天氣，只有下午時段山區仍然容易有熱對流雲系發展擴散為局部地區帶來短暫雷陣雨，這個時節仍然有旺盛雷雨胞發展機會，登山、戲水、踏青等戶外活動要特別留意下午時的天氣變化。週五(10/1)、週六(10/2)蒲公英颱風對臺灣已無影響，環境風速偏弱且水氣稍微增多，預估北部、東半部地區將有局部短暫陣雨機會，中南部則仍然維持著午後局部短暫雷陣雨的天氣型態。短時間內太平洋高壓勢力可能持續偏強、還沒有明顯的冷空氣南下影響臺灣，大家引頸期盼的秋涼還得再等等了。以上氣象由天氣風險/歐宗學提供
